Coast Guard to hold Town Hall June 1st in Garibaldi to Report on Coastal Reign Tragedy Investigation

Thirteenth Coast Guard District staff members from Coast Guard Station Tillamook Bay are scheduled to host a Town Hall at Garibaldi City Hall Wednesday, June 1 at 6 pm to discuss the results of a Report of Investigation into the commercial fishing vessel Coastal Reign capsizing and loss of life.
Two crewmembers aboard the Coastal Reign lost their lives when the vessel capsized February 20, 2021, during an attempt to cross the Tillamook Bay bar through the southern entrance.

This town hall will be open to the public. Members of the media are invited to attend, as well.
