Let’s all cook together!  Here’s a way to jump start your family’s adventures in the kitchen, helpful hints, and how to enjoy it together. Join Galenda Flores, Oregon State University, College of Health Extension Service Family & Community Health Program Education  Program  Assistant on Wednesday August 21st.
Parents and caregivers will gain confidence to work together with kids to make meals and snacks for the whole family.
• Discuss ways to help kids develop good eating habits through cooking together
• Discuss safe, age-appropriate tasks for kids in the kitchen
