* WHERE…In Oregon, Coast Range of Northwest Oregon and Lower Columbia. In Washington, Willapa Hills.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
