TILLAMOOK PEOPLE’S UTILITY DISTRICT: REGULAR MEETING NOTICE December 20, 2022

The Tillamook People’s Utility District Board of Directors will conduct the following meetings.

•6:00 p.m.- Regular Board Meeting December 20, 2022

Action items include:
•Approve 2023 Budget
•Approve 2023 Property & Liability Insurance Premium
•Approve Resolution No. 22-12-08. “A Resolution of the Board of Directors of Tillamook People’s Utility District as the Local Contract Review Board to Exempt a Public Improvement Contract from Cometative Bidding.
•Approve Resolution No. 22-12-09. “ A Resolution Amending Benefits Policy, Compensation and Salary Program and Approval of Retention Pay for Full Time Employees.

•Any other matters that may come before the Board.
